Have you ever checked out condo listings online, only to be left confused about which building is which? Or maybe you saw something from the chairlift and wondered whether it's hotel, condo, or something else? Here's a quick guide to help you in your search.

 

 

Heading up Wood Road from the circle / Carriage Way intersection:

 

45 Wood Road / 77 Wood Road = One Snowmass West / One Snowmass East

This is the complex with a red facade just to the right of Aura as you're driving up Wood Road. They're also constructing a new arrival center housing a lobby area, office, conference room, and additional ski storage. 400 Wood Road = Crestwood

This is a 3-level condo complex to your left as you drive up Wood Road after passing under the Elk Camp Gondola. Built in 1971, offering 100+ full ownership 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences. Some have been combined for larger layouts. Crestwood offers transportation services, shared parking, front desk, pool and hot tubs, ski lockers, gym, steam room, and ski valet. Self-managed with a great staff. Easy walk down to Base Village via the staircase across Wood Road from the Dogwood building.

 

 

 

425 Wood Road = Wood Run Place

Located across Wood Road from the Crestwood, with direct ski access from Fanny Hill, Woodrun Place offers a mix of 60 residences, most of which are 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. Some have been combined for larger layouts. The property features front desk, bell service, pool, hot tubs, and covered parking. Managed by East West Hospitality. 

 

 

476 Wood Road = Chamonix

Located above the Crestwood on the Funnel / Gondola side of the lower mountain, Chamonix offers around 30 residences, many 2- and 3- bedrooms, some of which were combined for larger layouts. Part of this complex sits on the East side of Wood Road along Funnel / Gondola, and the main part of the complex is located on the other side of the road with ski access from Fanny Hill. These are spacious townhomes - a much different experience than condo complexes like Woodrun Place or Chamonix. The property offers front desk, valet parking, pool, and hot tubs. Excellent proximity to the new Coney Glade Extension chairlift!

Lichenhearth was built in 1968 with a major remodel in 1980, and it's conveniently located just steps from Village Express, Village Sky Cab, and Tree House ski school. 30 Anderson Lane = Stonebridge Condominiums

Not to be confused with the Stonebridge Inn which is located next door at 300 Carriage Way, the Stonebridge Condominiums offer 60+ residences with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts and a more flexible rental policy than the Inn. The Condominiums have a separate, private front desk, covered parking, and transportation services. Several of the homes feature direct ski access off Fanny Hill. Owners get access to the pool, hot tubs, fitness facility, and ski valet shared with the Inn. The complex was built in 1969, with a major remodel in 1980.

 

 

 

300 Carriage Way = Stonebridge Inn

The Stonebridge Inn consists of 60+ studio residences, managed by Coral Tree. It's run like a hotel -- with a front desk, lobby, restaurant, pool, hot tub, fitness facility, ski valet, and transportation services. The property is currently undergoing "phase 1" of a major renovation of the common areas, with "phase 2" remodel of unit interiors expected to occur in 2025. This is anticipated to allow for higher rental rates at the property. 

 

 

 

105 Burlingame Lane = Shadowbrook

Located just above Stonebridge Inn along Fanny Hill, Shadowbrook is a quieter, 26-unit condo complex built in 1968, with a major remodel in 2015. Most are 2- and 3-bedroom residences, with at least one 5-bedroom home as well. Between the two buildings sits a common courtyard with a pool and hot tubs. The property also offers covered parking and laundry facilities. 

 

 

25 Daly Ln = Pokolodi Lodge

The Pokolodi is a small collection of around 50 motel-style studios, located just below the Snowmass Village Mall. Built in 1967, the year Snowmass ski resort opened, and remodeled in 1985, this complex is one of Snowmass's most nostalgic and beloved by many. Amenities include a front desk, pool and hot tub, and transportation services. 

 

 

 

600 Carriage Way = Aspenwood

The Aspenwood is located along Carriage Way, just above the Viewline hotel and Upper Village Mall. This complex consists of multiple small buildings with a number of mostly studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units in each. There are shared amenities including pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities. There are no major rental restrictions and some owners even live here full-time. This property was built in 1967, with a major remodel in 1980. Some residences are remodeled quite nicely, while others are dated. 

 

 

 

70 Gallun Lane = Interlude

Built in 1975 and renovated in 1995, the Interlude is a collection of around twenty 2- and 3-bedroom residences, conveniently located along Fanny Hill just above the Viewline hotel. Amenities include hot tubs, covered parking, and in-unit washer/dryer.
